0:49.2	under the weather this week because I have COVID and I know it's already Wednesday.
0:54.4	Apologies for getting this episode out late. I know it's been a little inconsistent
0:58.8	with the podcast schedule lately. I used to always publish them on Monday and I had I had other people
1:06.1	who were helping me and things have just been a little different behind the scenes.
1:10.3	That's all I'll say about that. So that is why it's been a little bit inconsistent here in terms of the

2:07.2	stable you know like through it and now now I feel like I'm finally climbing out of it and it feels so good.
