Hey, what's going on?

This is the Saturday Down South podcast.

I am Connor Mugara.

Will, you were away.

You were on the West Coast.

People didn't know that because you didn't miss any pods.

But how was the West Coast?

It was amazing, man.

It was exactly what I needed kind of in my

personal life, in my, in my kind of career journey, doing a lot more like freelance work

these days and everything and being around my stepdad and my stepbrother to just like,

you know, good, like successful dudes. It's, it's cool, man. You know, I grew up as an only child

and I didn't really have a ton of like male world models and stuff growing up.

And so I think being in a time, I don't know if I officially said this in the pod,

but I actually got laid off from my job, for my TV job.

And so Friday was my last day officially.

But I was on PTO so I could go on this trip.

And it was great.

I mean, you know how it goes.

Like we're grinders.

You know, we work a ton every day. We get a lot done in a day and we work long hours. And so to go from that to just kind of like chilling was definitely an adjustment. But like I said, being around those dudes,

being in the California Redwoods, I mean, it was so beautiful out there. So it was exactly what I needed, good man sounds really good yeah the uh the west coast trip if you can if you have the time have the funds
