One of the biggest wake-up calls that came from dealing with my health crisis over the past few years was the fact that I did not have true passive income when I absolutely

needed it the most. I would have never imagined being in a place where I wasn't able to

physically work for more than two years. That was simply not a part of my reality. Nonetheless,

that is exactly what happened. Dealing with a health crisis was hard enough, but adding the financial stress

on top of that made it infinitely more challenging. So as you can imagine, I have sworn that I will

never, ever be in that place again. So over the past year, I've turned all of my focus towards

the creation of true passive income. This is money that does not come from a

business, but from assets like dividend stocks and cash flow real estate. But one of the people that I've

met along the way during this journey is our guest today, Justin Donald. So as you're about to hear

today, Justin is a self-made millionaire and he has turned himself into one of the smartest people that I've ever met when it comes to money and investing.

He has also come to understand the difference between active income from a business and lifestyle income from passive investments.
