| 0:59.0 | doesn't feel right to you, you're also welcome to look down at the tip of your |
| 1:02.4 | nose. Take a moment to turn your lens inward and focus on yourself. Avoid |
| 1:08.8 | feeling the dizziness or the spins that you have with your hangover. See if you |
| 1:13.4 | can let go of what happened last night and allow yourself to just be with. Well, |

| 1:21.7 | You might start by feeling your breath. A large breath in, a large exhale, a |
| 1:29.8 | large breath in, a large exhale. Take a moment to scan through your entire body |
| 1:38.3 | and just check it. How are you feeling? As you breathe out, focus on what's |
| 1:56.4 | hurting the most. The headache from the shots that last call, the stomach issues |
| 2:02.3 | from not eating enough of dinner. The bruises on your legs that you don't |
| 2:06.6 | actually remember getting. Feel those and allow yourself to become grounded. |

| 2:23.8 | further into the couch. Soften your shoulders and just try to relax. Stop |
| 2:31.2 | worrying about the twitch in your eye. You're not dying. Your body is just out of sync. |
