Hey everyone, welcome to another installment of Harry Potter Theory.

Today we're going to be discussing the ten largest magical creatures, the behemoths of the

wizarding world.

This list was particularly difficult to make as the exact specifications of each creature,

height, weight, etc, are not easy to come by.

Suffice to say, the Honourable Mentions List following the main

list is pretty long as well. I don't think you'll be able to guess all 10, but leave

a comment down below before you start and see if you're right at the end. Anyway, I won't

dawdle, here are the ten most enormous magical creatures.

Ten.

Giants.

Ironically, the aptly named Giant is the smallest creature on this list, but that's a rare

position for them to be in.

Giants are incredibly powerful creatures that tend to live up their lives in tribes completely

separate from the rest of the wizarding

community. They are smarter than trolls but stupider than humans, and their innate bloodthirsty

nature has typically resulted in their own population control. The secret to giant's power

is in their name. They are giant. In fact, they are larger than almost any other

magical creature, equal in physical strength to dragons and highly resistant to spells.

Giants can grow to be approximately 20 to 25 feet in height, which puts the largest

giants at about twice the size of Hagrid who is 12 feet tall.
