Today, we’re going to talk about the warning signs of a fatty liver and what to do for a fatty liver.
There really is no “first sign” of a fatty liver. When you first start developing a fatty liver, there are no symptoms at all.
It’s important to be aware of this because many people have a fatty liver and don’t even know it. People will start to notice signs once the condition has progressed.
Signs of a fatty liver:
• A protruding mid-section
• Insulin resistance
Fifty-nine percent of the fat in your liver originates from outside your liver—it’s fat from other places in your body that end up in the liver.
Twenty-six percent of fat in the liver comes from the liver itself. The liver makes fat from glucose, and insulin is supposed to stop this process.
But, because of dysfunctional fat and insulin resistance, the liver is making sugar uncontrollably. The third source of fat in the liver is dietary fat from consuming sugar.
I believe the top cause of a fatty liver is a high-carb diet. The good news is that the liver is the only organ that can completely regenerate. However, there is a point of no return, so it’s time to act now.
Natural things to do for a fatty liver:
1. Get on the Healthy Keto® diet and do intermittent fasting
2. Exercise regularly
3. Consume one to two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar in your water a few times a day

0:00.0 | I want to share with you some information that I will guarantee you never heard before |
0:06.1 | relating to your liver. Now I'm going to go through two of the signs of a fatty liver first |
0:13.0 | and then I want to explain something before I get to the third one. But the first symptom or sign |
0:19.5 | of a fatty liver is there is no symptoms. There is no signs. You have virtually no indication |
0:28.8 | that you have a fatty liver. That's the first one, which is kind of like not really a symptom |
0:34.0 | but it's something you should know. So many people have a fatty liver. In fact, 30% of all overweight |
0:42.0 | children have a fatty liver. 40% of the entire population have a fatty liver and the great majority |
0:49.2 | of them don't have a clue because there are no symptoms. Now the second most common symptom or sign |
0:56.4 | that you have a fatty liver is that your midsection is protruding. So if you look down right now |
1:03.1 | at your abdomen, does it stick out? Okay, you could have a fatty liver. Now this next part |
1:12.3 | is very very interesting. So if you've checked out, just check back in right now and really hear |
1:17.3 | what I'm going to say because the good news is the liver is the only organ that you have |
1:24.0 | that you can get 100% repair and regeneration by volume and size. All the other organs, the |
1:33.0 | pancreas, the kidney, your lungs, you don't get 100% repair but the liver you can. But there is a |
1:41.6 | point of no return which I'm going to explain next. So normally you have a fat cell that over a |
1:49.7 | period of time, if you eat too much or the wrong foods, it starts to expand, right? You get to a |
1:54.7 | point where there's a limitation of expansion. Your fat cells do not have an unlimited capacity to |
2:01.6 | expand. At some point they hit their limit. What happens next is the fat cell becomes dysfunctional. |
2:10.3 | In other words, it starts to lose blood supply. It starts to become inflamed. You start developing |
2:19.5 | fibrosis and scar tissue around the fat cells and they can no longer take in fat. So where does that |
2:27.8 | fat go if you maintain your lifestyle the way it's going? Well, it goes outside the fat cells, |
2:35.1 | starts to getting stored outside the fat cell. That's called a topic fat. And I'm talking about |
