Another one that creeps up a lot in the sobriety world is about 'The Benefits of Exercise'! No matter how many times you hear it or write it at the top of your New Year's Resolution List, for some reason it can be hard to get into the habit of it!


In this week's episode, Hame and Vic take a look at exactly WHY exercise (and no we aren't talking about joining a gym or running a marathon!) is one of the best things you can do for your sobriety.


Hame has neatly categorised the benefits into what he's calling his 'Top 6 Sobriety Strengtheners' - it isn't exactly catchy is it? We didn't think so either!


But the point is fair one!


You will not believe the benefits to your sobriety of just going for a walk everyday (ideally whilst listening to your favourite podcast...nudge, nudge, wink, wink).


The weirdest tangent of the day goes to Vic (surprise surprise) when she shares what she hates the most about being overly grateful!
