Hey guys, two days ago the VaynerMedia interns came and spent a half an hour with me.

It ended up being about 40 minutes or I don't know, actually we'll see officially in the

time below.

But it was really just clicked and kind of Alex, Kablebite, just kind of looked at each other

and were like, let's put this out and let's put it out ASAP.

So if you're ending your internship or you have somebody doing an internship or for next

year's internship or just in general, if you're navigating life in the early stages of

I couldn't believe more in the people aspect of all this.

There's nothing you learned from anybody.

I don't give a fuck how hands on or how much you have actually done.

None of it is even remotely close to a Zoroahe positive as the people you meet, especially

I don't know how young or where you guys are but if some of you come back and intern

or to get next year work here or somewhere else, if you're lucky enough to get into a place

like a VaynerMedia and there's many, I mean we have our unique cultures and I think things

that are very much an anomaly.

But let's just talk about a growing company that's going to be an industry leader.

Like it's crazy to me that some of the people you're working for right now are literally

going to be the CMOs of the biggest companies in the world.

Like people just don't understand how life actually works.

And like how actually this all plays out.
