So I want to start off getting a little more info about your background.

Tell us a little bit about your experience racing mountain bikes.

Sure. Yeah, I started racing mountain bikes back in the 90s, been racing more or less

ever since. I took a few breaks here and there. I've raced cross-country

endurance, Super D, and Enduro. Nice. Which of those is your favorite? I really enjoyed the intensity

of cross-country racing and the endurance and the training that went into endurance. But I think

Super D or Enduro are my favorite disciplines because it's a good mix of both.

You've got to be super, super fast and fit, but you've got to be a great ride or too.

And that really comes through in an indoor or Super D racing.
