And so a lot of the times I will repost podcast episodes, perhaps a year or two years in the future.

are new to the show, I left a corporate sales job in March of 2022 to travel full time around the

world while building my own business. Since that point, we have gone from zero to almost

$2 million of revenue. And this podcast is a documentation of my journey from zero to $10 million a year in annual

recurring revenue. I share the wins, the losses, the lessons along the way so that you guys

can learn how to do it too and faster. And to be quite frank with you guys, I'm going to be doing

a lot more mindset episodes on this podcast because we have a lot of strategy, a lot of multifamily,

self-storage, mobile

home park, business acquisition. And something that I really feel that I bring to the table is

mindsets and frameworks. And I really want to start sprinkling those in throughout these podcast

episodes, especially in instances of personal experience and personal stories that I can share

that have helped me tremendously

in my life and hopefully we'll transfer to you guys the same. Which leads to the topic of today's

podcast, which is the number one sign that you and or your business is ready, is ready
