What causes blackheads? Every blackhead on your face is caused by a specific type of fat called palmitic acid, not bacteria and not dirt. Your body makes palmitic acid out of sugar, so when you consume too much, your body converts the excess into palmitic acid.
Zinc deficiency is one of the most common blackhead causes. Vitamin A is also vital for blackhead removal because it controls oil production on the skin. Vitamin A does not work without zinc.
To remove blackheads and keep them from returning, you must eliminate excess sugar from your diet. Follow a ketogenic diet, practice intermittent fasting, and consume nutrient-dense foods. Consume liver or shellfish for zinc, and cod liver oil to boost vitamin A.

| 0:00.0 | The number one, blackhead remedy. |
| 0:02.8 | Now, every single blackhead on your face right now is made from a very specific type of fat, not a bacteria. |
| 0:12.1 | It's not dirt. |
| 0:13.4 | I did a video on blackheads years ago. |
| 0:16.0 | I got millions of views, but I just stumbled on some new information that's going to blow you away. |
| 0:21.7 | In the earlier video, I talked about something called an antigen. That's a male hormone. And when you have too many |
| 0:26.3 | of these, it increases the oil gland. And then sometimes if there's too much oil, it gets stuck in your |
| 0:31.7 | pores, it gets clogged. And some of these pores are opened, exposing that oil to oxygen, which is then called oxidized |
| 0:39.8 | oil. Another term for that oil is sebum, and it turns darker. Okay, that's a blackhead. If there's |
| 0:46.1 | a little covering over it, that's a whitehead. But both whiteheads and blackheads come from the |
| 0:51.3 | exact same mechanism and have the exact same remedy that I'm going to get to. Out of all the research they've done on blackheads come from the exact same mechanism and have the exact same remedy that I'm |
| 0:54.8 | going to get to. Out of all the research they've done on blackheads, there's one common fat that |
| 1:02.0 | shows up in 100% of people. It's too much of this pulmetic acid. So even though it's called an acid, |
| 1:09.7 | it's actually a fat. It's a saturated fat. |
| 1:12.4 | It's the most common fat in your body. It's also in palm oil. It's in butter. It's in cheese. |
| 1:18.9 | It's in processed food. And your body makes it. It makes it out of this thing called sugar. |
| 1:27.0 | When you consume too much sugar, your body then converts the excess in the liver to this right here. |
| 1:34.3 | Now what's normally supposed to happen is this fat is supposed to convert to another fat, which I'm not going to get into the details, but this fat is only in the human |
| 1:46.0 | skin, and it's a natural antibiotic. It protects you from acne, inflammation in that little |
| 1:52.6 | oil gland. So basically, when you're talking about acne, we're getting a problem with this fat |
| 1:58.0 | converting to this fat. There is something that makes this conversion and it's |
| 2:03.1 | a certain enzyme, I'm not going to get into the name of it, but in order for this enzyme |
