This is Entrepreneurs the Playbook. For each week I bring you some of the greatest

0:04.8

athletes, celebrities and entrepreneurs to talk about their personal and

0:09.4

professional playbook to success. My tomorrow starts today. I think the key to

0:14.1

waking up at four o'clock that most people don't realize is that I have an

0:17.4

unwind routine that starts at 9 p.m. So I'm very disciplined and regimented

0:22.3

about winding down. If you're coming from a athletic background, nobody ever would

0:27.3

play a game without warming up. It's amazing that you think you go to sleep

partner for you. When I know I have to wake up at four, I'm behaving in a certain

1:06.0

way all day long. The biggest shift for me was I used to tell people you know I

1:10.9

go to bed at 11. Now I tell people I try to stay up till 11. Most people

1:18.1

problem that don't have an unwinding routine to start is that they live the

1:22.1

myth of Cicifis. They spend the whole day. If you're out there in this

1:25.7

residence with you, listen, do you push the boulder all the way up the hill all day

1:30.2

long and wake up tomorrow morning and it's at the bottom of the hill just to

1:33.7

push the same boulder to the same, then you're not doing things right. So start
