You know, we've been hearing about people being snowed in, iced in, you know, all that sort of thing,

except for our Southern California, Florida, and Texas clients who are, you know,

enjoying some interesting weather as well, some rain. But really, it comes

down to your own level of motivation. And I say to all of you guys, make your own market.

Great if you're snowed in. That means everybody else is too. You're going to make a lot more

contact. So you've got to look at the silver lining, right? You do. So listeners, we've been
