All right, well, howdy, Pastor Mark and Grace Driscoll here with

the Real Marriage Podcast. And this is going to be a very long conversation that we're going to have

and it'll be very honest about how to affair proof your marriage. And so... Or like I'd like to call it adultery.

Adultery, yes. Well, that's where the Lord Jesus says, you know, you've heard it said,

you know, thou shall not commit adultery, he said, don't look lustfully. So there's adultery of the hands,

and there's adultery of the heart. And in the day of pornography addiction, there's a lot of adultery of the heart.

But ultimately, long before there's an adultery of the hands, there's an adultery of the heart.

And the adultery of the heart, as you stated, oftentimes it's just rooted in bitterness.

And bitterness in the Bible, unforgiveness,

it can be against God or a person. There's a woman in the Bible named Naomi in the book of

Ruth, and her name means sweet. And her son die, her husband dies. She's abandoned in foreign country. She's completely impoverished.

Her life is cratered. Yeah, it's very hard. It's very hard. She says, I'm changing my name to Mara,

which means bitter because the Lord has made my life bitter. So she literally goes into the Department of Motor Vehicles and says,

I'd like to change my driver's license.
