I just flew 24 hours.

Took a quick shower, planned on delivering this keynote,

a couple of meetings, and I'm heading to the airport at 4 p.m.

So a very quick trip, unfortunately this time,

but I'm very excited about it, and there's a whole lot I want to cover.

So let me create some context for some of the people in the room who don't know as much about me,

and then I'll go into the reason why I genuinely believe,

as we all sit here today together, that because of this device that many of you are holding,

we are living in the most opportunistic time ever to put yourself into a place of happiness,

and happiness comes in all forms, and I think a lot of business and entrepreneurship,

but I definitely want to articulate today a framework that speaks to how to get happy

because of how much opportunity there actually is.

Let me take a step back.

I was born in the Soviet Union in 1975, a little ways ago.

I came to America when I was three years old.

It was a very challenging upbringing in the first couple of years.
