Hey everybody welcome to the inaugural episode of the One for One Podcast. I'm Marshall Secliff. I'm going to be your host for this podcast series and I do

another podcast called limited resources and the this is the idea for the one for one happened

Actually a while back basically I did an interview with my friend Rich Hagen and that was very well received it was on limited resources

though and it kind of didn't really feel like it had a place I felt like it would be

better served for both the listeners and for myself and the person who I'm interviewing to just have my own place to do these type of interviews as opposed to doing them in the context of limited resources where it's really more of a strategy themed

podcast so I decided to start a side podcast now this is going to be one that I'm

going to do when the opportunity arises I'm not going to try to do this every week or every two weeks or any certain time frame but when it comes up

when somebody wants to talk when somebody needs to talk publicly I'm going to try to be the voice for them.

I'm going to try to give them an avenue to talk about things.

Maybe it's controversial, maybe it's something happy,

maybe they just want to have an interview,

or maybe I want to interview them.

I'm going to try to do that here on the one for one. So why don't we dive in.
