So what's the number one concern of American employees right now?

I'm a man of the people.

I'm bringing you up to date data and opinion.

Number one concern of American employees is their paycheck.

I don't think that this is overwhelmingly surprising to anybody, but it is interesting.

And I'll tell you why because we have seen paychecks soar over the last year to two years.

We still have the hottest job market we've ever seen 3.4% unemployment.

That is historically low.

And yet we still see what they're calling a jobs gap.

What that means is is that you've got more jobs that are open.

Positions being advertised available.

Then you have people who are unemployed.

So companies are doing what?
