So do you ever feel like your risking professional punishment, career chaos, if you share your

opinions or views in the office, is that ever hit you now?

We've seen this a lot with celebrities and honestly the stories are too many for me

to list.

But we've seen story after story after story after story after story of someone who's

well known, take a position on a social issue, a political issue, which by the way they

have every right to do because they're a human being and yet because they're well known

and they get a lot of media coverage for it, well, you know what happens.

They get canceled, which is a silly term, but it happens, boycott it over an opinion on

a political issue or social issue, so you'll lose endorsements, so for the so on.

And so that is trickled down to the office.

I think because of this, we've seen this, we've seen public figures get skewered.

I think one of the biggest fears we face today is the fear of being canceled and criticized.

No one wants to be ostracized.

No one wants that to happen, so we don't sit around going, well, I'd like to offend everybody

today just because we believe something.
