Yes indeed in all three of these stores I guess the commonality is fraud in the end but the first story here I believe

our very own Mike Hawk covered this last week but it's a story where after matching with a man on a dating

app, a woman in Iowa, she exchanged texts with him before arranging to meet him in person at her

place. But when Samaya Thomas got cold feet she dialed 911 and in a remarkably

stupid bid to avoid the IRL interaction.

I look she lives in an Iowa City suburb she called police to report that her abusive ex-boyfriend

had shown up outside of her residence and was sending her threats via Snapchat threatening

to quote,

hit, punch, kick, and stab her.

She claimed that she had known this man for two years

and that she was pregnant with his baby.

Well, officers obviously responded to the home

and they encountered a male leaving the scene

and they began an in-depth investigation about the reports being made.
