Originally the FBI, when they first identified this, Stephanie, about 25 years ago, they called

that i've heard is title pirates but basically it's all the same thing what happens is the bad

guy can transfer the title of property into your name or into another false person's name and then

extract the value of that piece of property.

So they don't want to steal the house.
