I didn't expect the Cleveland Browns to be very good.

I expected the Cleveland Browns to get trucked today.

I don't think anybody expected the Cleveland Browns to be,

including the folks in charge in the year 2025 to be really good. I don't know what they thought about today. The offensive

line was a concern. The elements against the defense force and more turnovers than anyone. A team playing for everything versus a team.

It's just out there.

And, you know, it's bad and it's been bad and it's predictably bad.

But guys, the Browns did not lose by four touchdowns today, and it could have been 40 touchdowns because guys were missing or because the bears are great.

The Browns lost by four touchdowns today and have followed the win in Las Vegas over the completely hapless and helpless raiders with three straight losses.

Different but familiar.

Because this team refused to address the offensive line in any sort of proper way.

Because this team went forward with Jerry Judy as its number one wide receiver.

Because this team went to this

quarterback carousel and a team that wants to play in the AFC North and wants to be

seen as a real NFL team can't run the ball struggling to stop the run.

I mean, I think the defense is leaking because teams have seen it, but mostly because

it's spent four months on the field,
