If you've been around for any significant period of time, you probably have heard the song, Wildfire, by Michael Martin Murphy.

It's the country song from the, I believe, late or early 80s, rather, late 70s,

I don't know the exact date on it, about a ghost horse.

It's about a horse that gets lost out in a winter storm,

and he ends up still seeing the horse running and the person who went out to go look for it, dead too, but riding wildfire.

What's interesting is that being a ghost story of a ghost horse, not all that often in our stories, do we hear stories of ghost horses ghost dogs ghost cats ghost um you know

other pets but very rarely ghost horse well our next story changes all that and it is an in-depth

story about a ghost horse that i could not help but think about the song wildfire when i read this

because it's just,

it's the epitome of that sort of a story of this ghost horse that still roams this area

and it's just seen off into the distance.

This is probably the most famous of ghosts in her area and the one that i have seen the most as a kid growing up in a small historic town in ontario you could not help but hear

of all the folklore and stories about the haunting of the Texas Road graveyard.

There's a lot I have to say about this area, and this story must do specifically with my encounters with the ghost horrors.

As a young kid, one of the few things we were able to do as a family was go horseback riding.
