0:53.1	So let me get into it and introduce Dr. Hansa Bargava.
0:58.8	Dr. Bargava is a distinguished pediatrician, author, and advocate for mental health and well-being.
1:05.9	She's the former chief medical officer at Medscape Education, where she led innovative initiatives addressing
1:13.0	clinician resilience, burnout, and mental health. And she's currently the chief clinical
1:18.1	strategy and innovation officer at Helio, which is a physician-facing digital health organization.
1:24.9	Honestly, I could read like pages of bio, but I'll try to focus on stuff
1:28.9	that's most relevant here. She is over a decade of clinical experience. She was also a senior
1:34.3	medical director at WebMD. She was instrumental in developing digital health content and
1:39.9	applications. She's also a subject matter expert for the AAP Center for Media and Mental Health.
1:46.5	She's a board certified pediatrician. She's authored a book called Building Happier Kids Stress Busting Tools for
1:53.9	Parents. We'll link to this in our show notes, which offers practical advice to reduce stress
1:59.4	in children and families. and she published this with
2:02.4	the American Academy of Pediatrics. Her expertise in parenting, mental health, and pregnancy
2:07.7	has led to collaborations with prestigious organizations like the CDC, the White House, and
2:13.8	more. Also, just like a cherry on top, she's also adjunct faculty at Emory University,
