Hello and welcome to Let's Make a Music, the podcast that pulls back the curtain on the songwriting process.

I'm Laura Catherine Gilbert.

I'm Brian David Gilbert.

And I'm Karen Hahn.

I like that before we started this podcast, Laura had to come straight from work.

And I also came straight from work, namely that I had to need a big old dough that I've been trying to need.

I've screwed it up twice so far this weekend.

Yeah. What kind of bread are your dough?

On 36 hours of trying to make this work. I'm wearing a white tank top t-shirt just because I need

my muscles to be out as I am kneading this dough. We're trying to make bow bow. Bowser. And it's, I mean, like, I've made the filling.

The pork filling is done.

It's just been waiting, chilling out in the fridge, fusing together those flavors.

But the bread itself, well, bread, the dough is being a little finicky.

So literally right before we've hopped on this podcast, I just had a vigorous eight-minute need session with the third dough.
