Well, what do we have here?

Another episode of the Robcast.

And this one is called That Pause.

It's even hard to say that pause without saying That Pause.

I've been trying to figure out what to call this episode.

I tried all these different titles.

Nothing, it was like a blank.

Usually there's like too many, I have to pick one.

This was just a blank of images and thoughts

that I couldn't get the language.

It's like the most, well, it's about that pause,

but that pause is the most awkward.

It's only two words, but it's so cumbersome and bulky.

And I was like, well, then that's what it is.

That pause.

So in many ways, this episode sort of centers around,

it's a question, but it's also in some ways a theory

but it comes out of my own experience,

which I know to be true.

And in some ways, it's a challenge and a throwdown.

So what I want to walk you through is that pause

as a way of thinking about how you hold your space
