presence in your life well you know this if you listen often enough. Every month we have our friend

Dan Bennett on the show for what we call a faith perspective from the Hill. Then serves as a director

for government affairs for the ACLJ. And I like to say this at the outset of these conversations

that my show, as you know, focuses mainly on deeper life and faith issues

and I rarely venture into the world of politics because we have other shows that do that.

But I don't want to pretend that the issues of today aren't pertinent to our faith and to our lives

because they very much are.

We're not going to put our head in the sand and pretend what's happening isn't happening.

And I personally don't really know anybody I trust more to bring

us a humble biblical perspective on the news than my friend Than that said, I want to say I know we have

Republicans, Democrats, and libertarians who listen to the show. And what I'm asking from all is

grace, humility, civility as we venture into these topics. I think we all know it's a very polarizing

time, so let's proceed the best we can with grace and truth. And I want you to know we've got a
