the political conversations in many cases among Christians have upstaged spiritual conversations.

You know, of course, we've said at a time and time again, there is a place for politics.

There absolutely is a place for politics in the life of a believer.

But how do we keep faith perspective, which is so critical in our day? Well, every month we have our good friend, Than Bennett, on the show, for what we call a faith perspective from the Hill. Than serves as the director for government affairs for the ACLJ, but he's, that's a pretty significant role that he plays in Washington, D.C., but he is so much more than that to us and to Kevin I personally, he's such an incredible man of God, so much wisdom,

so much insight that we really want to hear what he has to say.

Some of the themes we'll explore on today's show is this.

Did you know that our government, our system of government, was designed with a moral and religious people in mind?

And it's considered wholly inadequate for any of the other.

We're going to learn more about that from Than today.

And we're going to explore how do you balance boldness with respect for authority?

What do you do about those who want to dismantle the whole idea of the United States of America?

Because they say it just

needs to be built up from scratch again. I mean, if we can get to it, we'll get there. But we're going to talk about just a faith perspective based on what's going on, namely in Washington, D.C.
