| 1:41.9 | making us more likely to notice and remember bad events more than the good ones. |
| 1:49.3 | The amygdala, the brain's emotional center, is especially reactive to negative experiences, |
| 1:57.1 | amplifying their impact. That's why we often focus more on negative or threatening information, |
