of Everything Iconic and a very merry iconic podcast. But Hannah is here filling in. You might

recognize Hannah from a series we do called Great Mugs. And we thought it'd be fun to grab a great

mug of coffee and talk some holiday topics. Hannah, how are you? Oh, thrilled to be back.

0:37.6

Right. I'm thrilled to be celebrating the holiday season with you. Thanksgiving is upon us. I don't know when this is going to come out, but... Well, you know what? The holiday season is upon us. The holiday season is upon us, and I'm here for it because I feel like for me, September and October, we're insane and I'm just excited to hunker down in L.A. and watch all the movies. Right. I know. And we're not

0:54.5

doing a specific movie recap today. Essentially what we're doing is I came in with some hot topics, holiday hot topics. You came in with some holiday hot topics. I don't know what your holiday hot topics are. You don't know what mine are. But we're going to present some and we're going to chat. But are you excited for the holiday season? You're ready to just relax a little bit.

1:11.6

I'm so excited. I'm really excited for Thanksgiving because I love any holiday. Like, I think Thanksgiving has like the best parts of Christmas without the stressful parts of Christmas. Like, I love the Macy's Day parade. I like watching it on your stories, frankly. That's my favorite thing in the world. Just the unhinged pairings. You know, I've been

1:27.7

actually seeing on TikTok, there are all these cute games and stuff you could play with kids. And obviously, Lucky's only six months. He'll be six months old. And so I can't really do much with him. He's just a blob. But I am going to force him to watch it front to back. Yeah. I'm not going to, He's not going to miss a minute of it, even though it's like four hours.

1:43.4

He's sitting in front of that damn TV and watching it.

1:45.7

But I have also seen like these parents who do these cute, like, big table escapes for their kids in the morning. And they do like a little, they get these little balloons and like do a table and make the Macy's Thanksgiving Day pray like really cool and special. and I'm like, I can't wait to do that when he's older. I feel like it'd be fun to do like an interactive game.

2:34.4

I mean, like, I can't wait to do that when he's older. I feel like it'd be fun to do like an interactive game. I mean, like for me as a childless woman in my 30s, I would probably be like drink every time, like you see this celebrity or like, you know what I mean? Like, but an interactive game for children would be fun too. Yeah, like every time Jordan Sparks is singing. Exactly. Yeah, on stage with the Pillsbury Do-Boy. Like Camilla Cabo. Right. Yeah. I'm a little concerned with like the level of talent that they have at the Macy's parade. This year, Cynthia Arrivo is opening it. But I do feel like 10, 20 years ago, like the entire cast of Wicked would have been forced to be there. A hundred percent. It would have been Kristen Chenoweth, Adina Menzel, and then all the munchkins. Now, you're Jewish. Do you like a holiday Christmas movie? Like, where do you stand on all the books? They're my favorite. I know you do. I think we need, like, respectfully, like a good Hanukkah movie. And I'm not talking about, like, a low budget, like, hallmark respectfully.

2:53.9

What would you say is, like, the peak of that genre?

2:57.6

Is there one?

2:58.5

Hanukkah movies?

2:59.8

Yeah.

3:00.0

Is there any?

3:00.7

Are there any that you love and go back to?

3:02.7

Like Rugrats Hanukkah special?

3:04.4

Classic.

3:05.2

And also.
