How are you, buddy? I'm good. I'm good. I'm, you know, a little, like, low-key now. I usually try to lose four or five pounds before Thanksgiving. I've only lost two and a half. So it's going to be a tough day here, the last day before Thanksgiving. Well, you know, I feel like I don't gain weight on Thanksgiving because I eat so much so early in the day. I don't eat the rest of the day. I don't have dinner. Maybe we'll go to the fridge at like seven or eight at night and grab a couple of pieces of cold leftover turkey and just chew on them or something. But I don't, I eat a big meal and then that's it. It's like a one meal day for me. Oh, see, here's my problem. See, I'm not normally a dessert eater.

And I'll have like two, maybe three plates. We start pretty early. But I'm watching football.

We've got family and friends stopping by. And when there's like six different pies they made, my favorite banana cream pie,

blueberry or blackberry pie, then the pumpkin pie, the apple pie.

You know, I mean, it's, I mean, how do you say no?

Putting some ice cream on top, too.

See, that's the easiest thing for me to not eat is the dessert. I like dessert, but I don't, you know, it's like I'd rather have ice cream than pie. Oh, I have, like, what, I mean, to me, like blueberry pie with vanilla bean ice cream. I mean, that's, that's a bomb. That's pretty good. Yeah, that's pretty good stuff. Yeah. All right. So what do you got going on at Paramount Sports this weekend? I know it's a big holiday weekend. There's all kinds of really important college football games. And while the Chiefs aren't playing this weekend, there's a lot to watch here for our listeners with Kansas State playing a big game, Missouri playing a big game, and all these big pro games.
