Thank you for listening to this 17. I don't have notes on this. I'm going to share on it briefly because I think it's a part of the culture

that's been extremely important to me. One of the one of the things that has

helped seal the outpouring of the spirit in revival in what we were doing in South Carolina

was a real culture of Thanksgiving and Thanksgiving is an outlet of honor.

Let me say it like this. Honor vents itself through Thanksgiving. And Thanksgiving

vents itself through giving.

Everybody shakes their head yes until you mentioned giving and then everybody shuts down like you're right no I want to I want to say this honor

let me say like this love vents itself through honor

Honor Honor vents itself through Thanksgiving and Thanksgiving

vents itself through giving now that can be giving praise, that can be giving resources, that can be giving a helping hand.

For God it was giving his son. All right?

So I want to show you that one of the things that the father is going to establish is an

exit out of the Western mindset that lives with such a sense of entitlement

that nobody's ever really thankful for anything.

It's like you gave me something that's your job preacher give me something else and we want that thing broken

So that people begin to come into an atmosphere where their lives are touched by the love and glory of God.

And from that exchange, something happens on the inside of them

that says, what area of my life can I make an adjustment

in order to give an appropriate expression of Thanksgiving in light of what

the Lord's done in me internally.

Something outwardly has to event itself or express itself based on the depths of the work God is doing internally in me.

This is where I feel like we're, this is where I feel like we're standing tonight
