We were joined by Football Royalty.

Peter Reed and Viv Anderson joined us.

They were talking about football memorabilia, but we did get round to Reedie's flares.

So rest assured, we got a bit of talk about them.

Lawrence O'Cohley joined us in the studio,

Fort at the weekend,

went 10 rounds, 9 of them,

with a pretty debilitating injury.

Lord knows how he managed to get through it,

but he did, and he talked about that

and a lot of other interesting stuff

in the world of boxing.

Ewan Thomas was part of the 1997

World Championship relay team that finally got their medals this weekend.

Their gold medals, they received silver on the day, but all the circumstances that explained by Ewan.

And Danny Kelly joined us, these little postcard from Ireland, including a little bit of news about the late great Bob Bubka that we bought you that Danny didn't know, maybe some of the other.

And we paid tribute to Bob, too.

We certainly did, that's right, as you'd imagine.

We're joined by Paul Breen Turner, who was instrumental in bringing Bob to us.
