Hi guys, welcome back to the Gen Z Girl podcast. My name is Abby Asselen and I am the host. So so much has changed

since I last sat down to record a podcast episode, obviously. I am not here today to talk about

the coronavirus or anything crazy going on. I really wanted this episode to not have anything to do with that

because I feel like it's all that we see on social media lately and the news lately, all we talk

about with our friends and family lately. And I asked you guys what you wanted to hear on the

Instagram page, which is just at Gen Z Girl Podcasts. And a lot of you guys wanted me to talk about

it and how I'm like handling it

and dealing with it. But if you want to hear about that and see like how I'm adjusting to

this time and everything with online classes and everything like that, I definitely recommend

checking out my YouTube channel. If you didn't know, I had one because that's where I will be

showing a lot of like what I'm doing throughout this time and everything like that and I just want this podcast to continue

being a uplifting place where you guys can like escape and just like listen and learn something

or just feel good because that's the kind of content I'm really wanted to consume nowadays

I don't want to freaking hear a single thing about the coronavirus or if I hear anything about it. I just don't want it to be

elaborated or anything like that. Also, I apologize if this audio stinks. I am recording on my phone

for the very first time through the Anchor app because I use Anchor for my podcast. I left for

spring break with my episodes pre-recorded

for when I'd be gone. But I didn't know I wouldn't be returning back to school. So I don't

have my podcast mic, but I ordered another one. So the podcast after this should sound fine once

I get the other microphone in later this week. But yeah, that's that. So I'm sorry about the audio.
