And she's saying, thank you for the past, but we're moving forward to the future. And I don't

think that there's any reason to like dwell on the past. I really don't like to spend too

much time talking about things that are gone and things that have been. But I do think that it is

important to glance in the rear view and reflect on lessons that you learned or times that you

failed and learn from those things. So that's what we're going to do in today's episode. So let's

just go ahead and jump right in.
