What are your democratic socialists?

When Donald Trump was a private businessman in New York, he got $800 million

in tax breaks and subsidies to build luxury housing.

That's called corporate socialism.

What democratic socialism is about is saying, let's use the federal government

to protect the interests of working families.

Okay.

That argument is half a dozen different kinds of horse crap starting with the

fact that to say, all right, you don't have to pay a tax because this is going

to create so many jobs, so much housing, that sort of thing.

The government is going to keep its hands off you because it's for the good of

society to say that's equivalent to affirmatively giving something from somebody

else to them.
