Well, folks, I didn't see this on my bingo card when I sat down to plan 2026.

But as all of you have experienced in your life, opportunities come when we least expect them if we put ourselves in the right places and around the right people.

Really the guts of the proximity principle that I wrote so many years ago that if you are

constantly intentional to be around the right people and the right places, then opportunities

come. And I sit here to tell you about an exciting opportunity that has come my way.

I have resigned from Ransy Solutions and am moving into a communications executive role for a software company.

A role that will stretch me, a role that will teach me, and a role that I get because of Dave Ramsey's goodness, his belief in me, the team that I get to work with, the

work that I've done here has given me an opportunity for something like this to happen.

And you know, my emotions right now, even as I talk to you, the audience, who I love to serve,

it's like reading a really good book, you know, you're in the middle of it and you're telling

friends and family about this book and you're talking about the pages in the past that you've read

and how much you love it. And then when you get home and it's that time to read that book again,

you're super excited about the next chapter, the pages that are still yet to be read.

And that's really the best way I can describe, the emotion I have about this work here.

I have so many incredible memories of meeting friends like you, who I've had the small

opportunity to maybe weigh into your life professionally or personally.

As I think back on the most exciting and valuable moments of my time here at Ramsey,

it is moments where there was transformation or breakthrough with people.

And not just experiencing and seeing that and being such a very small part of it,

but talking with the team, high-fiving later, about this good work that we were able to be a part of.

And that sticks out to me. You know, I do want to say that this show has been the joy of my life.
