You know, so we have a new neighbor next door that hasn't moved in, hasn't built a house.

I mean, it's still just a lot.

But he had a party this weekend with a bunch of friends on his lot and his dock and yadi, yadi.

And so yesterday, Jim gets a text from him.

And it's got a picture of a guy on a golf cart down by his port-a-potty, his grill, and his fire pit, which is what he brought in for his party. Apparently, so he threw this part, mom's summer story before. So they threw a party and like literally this guy brings it. This is so George. You're not from Georgia. This will make no sense. If you're from Georgia, you're probably at a party like that this weekend too. We're like, so, so this guy just brings in. So it's a lot, empty lot, right? Gravel driveway. Right. And then all this guy brings in is a, a, uh, grill. Uh-huh. And then a port-a-potty. Uh-huh. And then what else? And a fire pit. And a fire pit. Uh-huh. That's it. He's like, all right, get all the bases covered.

Somewhere to eat, somewhere to shit and somewhere to like hang out.
