Finally talking about the weird thing that occupies 10% of my brain 24 hours a day. Well thanks for

joining us again. We are of course talking about minute 69. Nice of the force awakens. A minute 69 starts off with... Nice. It starts off with... Nice.

It starts off with Mazz Kanata telling the Ray that the force will guide her and it

ends a minute later with Huck saying somewhere in a system far away the New Republic lies to the blank.

Lives to the east.

And it ends on that awesome shot that looks all real.

There's no way it's not mostly CGI but I'd love the sort of

parting of the mountains in this little plateau and all the terrifying first-order

soldiers lined up and red banners and the red and silver and white together.

Geez Louise.

Are you implying that they're not committed to the practical effects?

I would not be surprised if everything but the Thai fighters there was practical just because of how good it looks but

Yeah, I mean I would almost think the opposite like the Thai fighters are real and like that's funny yeah that there's so many people

they do rows of extras or what if they're miniatures oh there you go

oh I would buy that they could think that you're mmm I'm wondering looking at this shot too if they ever did the thing I love so much
