You didn't miss anything. Oh yeah. What are we talking about? Force

awakens. We're talking about minute five of the force awakens specifically.

It starts off with the transport's landing on jacoo and troopers are pouring out.

And it ends a minute later when said troopers are

harassing the local aliens. I guess they're not local aliens they're not from

Jaku. That's right. They might have been born on Jacobus.

Well, no, because this local alien that's being harassed, this is, I'm going to get the

pen out.

Uh-oh. I'm going to make a mark here. You taking up the pen can only mean one thing.

This is Beastie Boys reference number two, I'm going to say 2 and 3 at the same time because let's hear it.

Well here's a little story I got to tell. No.

This individual who he's a member of the race,

Abedna do, he's an Abednaedna'D'O. He's an Abedna Do. And that is a reference to the Beastie Boys' song, Shadrak, which in itself references Shadrak

Meesach Abednego who are the their characters in the book of Daniel, three Hebrew men,

they were thrown into a fiery furnace by Nebuchadnezzar.

They refused to bat out into the king's image.

So the biblical, it's a, it's not a biblical song, but they reference those names and then, so

this is a reference to that reference. We're very far removed from the source material, but Abednido is the race.
