Summary

John discusses a Texas woman named Kate Cox who at 20 weeks pregnant, has learned her fetus has a lethal abnormality that is almost always fatal at birth. A Texas judge has granted her request to allow an abortion to save her health but Attorney General Ken Paxton is threatened to prosecute any doctors involved in providing an emergency abortion procedure. Then, he interviews reporter Isaac Saul who is the founder of Tangle (an independent, ad-free, non-partisan politics newsletter) on the 4th Republican debate. Next, he takes calls from Jason in Missouri and Lance in Texas on the Republican debate and the War in Israel. And he welcomes back the indigenous voices segment with Julie Francella and Simon Moya-Smith to discuss recent native American news and culture.
