Texas passes their heartbeat bill, which bans abortion when there is a detectable heartbeat in the child at six weeks.

Amazingly, the Supreme Court just ruled five-four in support of Texas to allow them to enforce this law.

The first bill of its kind, Texas' heartbeat bill is already saving lives.

Even while the state is not enforcing this law at all, and we're going to get into that, this provides a possible blueprint for other states to challenge row.

Predictably, the left is renting their garments and screaming for our heads.

But we'd be fools to only laugh at their hysteria.

Their response actually carries an important lesson for the church and the pro-life movement.

that Texas is now enforcing a new law called the heartbeat bill, right?

This bans abortion when there's a detectable heartbeat, but legislation like this has never been allowed to stand by the courts, even if it does go up to the Supreme Court.

This is the first kind of bill of its kind, and it's very interesting.

So I want to dive into it with you because it represents sort of a new careful and strategic political approach to protecting the pre-born, to challenging row,

and to fighting in the court system in our sort of American judicial system, which has been so perverted, which has been so abused because the judicial branch is not supposed to write laws.
