After eight years of Sylvester Turner in the Houston Chronicle telling us we're the better for it

Now we find out it's's going to cost $650 million for the new fire contract because

Sylvester Turner hated firefighters because the fire department is largely white and

he declared a little race war on the firefighters.

And because he didn't pay the firefighters for a long period of time,

and they kept winning, they would have a referendum put to the public and they would win the referendum and he still wouldn't pay them.

Well, it's sort of like when the IRS comes in and nails a guy.
