viewers know this. Back in the 80s, Congress protected these manufacturers of vaccines from

any type of liability for bad outcomes. That was a legislative decision they made. However,

they're not protected from misleading consumers in our state about the effects of the vaccine

and whether it actually works and whether it works to protect that person or other people

through transmission. And so we just want to know what the truth is. There's been so much

discussion about this and it had a tremendous impact on our society, on the whole world.

And so we feel like our consumers have a right to know what the answers are. We'll find out,

and if they misled that statute that the that was passed by Congress is not going to protect them

from misleading consumers. And how does that work? Because Congress did go, you know, I've told the

joke on the air that the COVID vaccine didn't protect anyone but Pfizer. If Congress intended to

prevent them from any liability, which is amazing that you could make a car that would be unsafe

at any speed and and be protected against any liability, that suggested they forced all liability.

And why wouldn't you give them the opportunity to that, especially when they were out making

statements about it. But how do you pierce that veil? So we're we have a different statute we

operate under. We can't protect how would I see this? So Congress protected against any individual
