So why are you feeling very good?

It was a surprise in defeat if there exists such a thing.

I was at the game and the general mood after the match was very different from when we

lose normally.

There was an air of optimism around the ground and although we got beaten, I don't think

it was quite the Bi-Mic fashion that some people

were predicting and I thought we generally accounted for ourselves pretty well so some people hate

this some people love this in xG terms there were two scorelines which I saw so Michael Cayley's

model had it at 1.7 1.7 so essentially tied and the understat model had it at sp.7, 1.7, so essentially tied. And the understat model had it at Spurs 1.1

and Liverpool 1.78. So even at the sort of more pessimistic XG of the understat model,

still a close game, Nathan. Yeah. I thought that there was like a strong potential for us to have been blown away in that first half.

Obviously they didn't rack up huge numbers of chances, but I think they had the chance to create chances.

But like once we got through that, I thought we had a really strong second half.
