On Tuesday, we are talking about breaking old patterns breaking habits creating new

patterns being transformed by the renewing of our mind right breaking insanity

cycles doing the same thing over and expecting new results. We have those

places in our life that we do that, right? And that Jesus didn't come just to save us,

he came to transform us, to change us, to restore us back to our whole selves, where we are

content in just being friends with God, being abiding, being walking with God like we were in the garden.

So transformation was what we were talking about, trying how to break old patterns.

And I was telling you guys how I used to love the fitness test.
