"I was in a room filled with other people that had been abused as children and they were talking about how worthless they were and how much they didn't deserve anything. I was looking at all these women who were the most beautiful women, that had this beautiful light to them, telling me how worthless they were. I just thought "oh my gosh these are the most beautiful and amazing women - and they have no idea!" Then the spirit spoke to me and said "that is how I feel about you." From them on, that is when I chose to love myself and chose to see myself as a daughter of God."

0:37.0	any-gram and which is basically like a personality test and it has honestly just changed my life. I am just so grateful like it blows my mind every day how many people follow me and talk to me and I just feel very blessed to be able to be in people's lives

1:26.0	Yeah, I so I grew up a member of the church and that is kind of what I've known but I also grew up in a household that my stepdad was Catholic so we
1:37.4	went to midnight mass often I we celebrated like other cultures and religions a lot of the times because my grandparents
1:44.5	visited Africa often or Japan or like so we have celebrated a lot of religion
1:49.6	and cultures and that was kind of my norm but I was very much like a strict like I was
1:57.7	trying to be like perfect like literally you know like anywhere in the book of
2:02.3	Mormon that it was like, be perfect, be there perfect, and I was like, okay, that's the goal, right? I'm going to be perfect. And I wasn't. I don't know like that might be a spoiler alert but I like I wasn't and so I
2:17.4	actually got married when I was 19 we got married in the temple and I was divorced by 21.
2:23.9	And that was a really hard place to navigate.
