The wheels are spinning about what's next for Tesla.

Firefly announces an $855 million deal, and Taylor Swift tits another high note at the box office.

Tesla is teasing an upcoming event for October 7th. Yes, that's tomorrow. A 10-second video posted on

the social media platform X on Sunday night showed a vehicle with its headlights illuminated in a dark setting.

The company hinted at an event scheduled for Tuesday in a separate video that had 10-7 at the end.

The video was posted early Sunday morning. That video shows something spinning. One commenter said it was a Tesla Frisbee and others said it was a wheel. The posts on

X are fueling speculation about a lower cost model that could help Tesla maintain its sales momentum.

Tesla delivered more than 497,000 vehicles in the third quarter, a quarterly record for the

company and surpassed

consensus estimates for $448,000. Buyers were eager to capitalize on the end of the $7,500

government tax credit. Firefly Aerospace is set to acquire SITEC for approximately $855

million. Sightek is approximately $855 million.

SITEC is a national security technology firm.

The transaction will be a combination of $300 million in cash and $55 million in Firefly shares issued at $50 per share.

This acquisition is targeted to close by the end of 2025. The acquisition aims to enhance

firefly's ability to support U.S. defense missions by integrating SITEC software, big data analytics,

remote sensing, and multi-phenomenology data expertise into Fireflies's existing space and defense portfolio.

Once finalized, Sytech will be operated as a subsidiary of Firefly.

Sytech generated revenues of approximately $164 million for the 12-month period ending June 30th
