Let's start with just like the shoulder meeting starts with the boring stuff.

Though this time around, it was not that boring because it was actually probably the main headline of this whole thing.

And it was the proposal to ratify Elon's 2018 CEO competition plan that was rescinded by a judge earlier this year.
