You know, what is it that's in your blood and your mindset that allows you to keep on exploring

different opportunities and options that, number one, established you as a great entrepreneur

and real estate, but now has transformed and transitioned you into e-commerce.

It's never enough, right? It's always like the next thing, the next thing, the next biggest thing.

We were just talking a little while ago. The Amazon and Walmart, that's the newest

thing that we're pushing, we're promoting our real estate businesses completely run themselves.

I spend most of my time in this in the Amazon or the e-commerce automation and the mentorship part.

Maybe at best, I spend five hours a week in the rest of my businesses. They're running themselves

very well. Got to have all the systems processes in place so that you can start putting people to

follow those systems and processes and that allows you to, as you know, be able to do other things.
