With all the veterans needing to report to training camp today for the conditioning test that marks the official beginning of Washington's 2025 training camp in Ashburn.

The rookies were already there.

Terry was the only player on the 90-man training camp roster not to report.

I thought a hold-in was a much better bet than a hold-out. It's going to cost Terry

$50,000 a day for every day he misses. So holding in would have meant that he would have

been in Ashburn but not been a participant for practices. That would have likely resulted in him being able to avoid being fined.

But not being there, 50K a day.

So this is now officially a standoff.

It's easy to have an agent leak information about how unhappy his player is,

you know, a month before training camp begins. You know, it's not that big of a deal when a

player says directly in a 35-minute press conference, how undervalued he feels he is. It's not

even that big of a deal to miss a few mandatory
